Very nice fancy printed promotional vouchers that are included with each order is one of the most cost efficient and effective promotional activities out there and is far superior to anything done by email.

However these printed vouchers need to align with discount coupons that are valid for a specific date range since these are vouchers designed to work in the future between a certain date range.

This requires the option to enter a date range for a discount coupon rather than days available since this would make the coupon valid immediately rather than between dates on the coupon.
