There is a section at the bottom of the details screen of a product that says

Product Reviews No Reviews For This Product.

How does a customer recommend or leave a review for the product?

There should be a link to leave a review, but you might have some settings that are hiding that, except for logged in customers for example.

To add an image to your post here, you can click the image icon in the row of buttons there to paste in the url of the image.
The image needs to be hosted somewhere and you basically link to it.
You can use the shortcut, but I just wrap the address of the image in the tags that are created by the shortcut.

Remove the spaces from the "i m g" there though.
