We have not had any sales in a couple days and I'm wondering why. Maybe this?

From a customer (a web developer):

"Hi, on this page: http://www.slidewright.com/svst-agent-orange-citrus-base-cleaner-6oz177ml.php whenever I try to add an item to the cart it says: "Cart contents:undefined item(s) Cart total:undefined"."

I am not having this problem and also could login to the customer's account and add the item and others. I notified the customer.

What might cause this problem?

I tried it and am getting the same error. Just an FYI.

I would try removing the forward slash from the product name

Thanks. I removed the forward slash. That has been on there for years and have lots of sales recently with that product.

Same item. I did not try any others. I just tried it again, and it worked fine. I also tried a few other items, and all seemed to work.
