We have an order from yesterday and the confirmation email is being sent over and over again. So far we have received approximately fifty. Have we been hacked? Is there some way to stop it?

I don't think you will have been hacked. It's maybe something like the buyer refreshing or bookmarking the confirmation page or something along those lines.
