When I set up countries, the "Postal Zones" defaults to *UNDEFINED*. What should it be replaced with?
I can't find any thing in the Instruction Manual!

In the admin postal zones page you can set up the zones and rates you want to charge if you are using weight or price based shipping. Then in the admin countries / states page you assign those zones to the corresponding destination. There's more on that here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/shipping.asp
