There is a handy script on Github called Mailhide2: A replacement for Google's Mailhide
V1 was deprecated by Google on 31 March 2018.

Mailhide2 uses the "reCAPTCHA v2 Tickbox" security keys (which you already have) to protect your email address from Spambots. Its displays a "Click to reveal email" link on your contact webpage, which opens a window with the "I'm not a robot" checkbox. You can also use reCAPTCHA v2 Invisible keys, which removes the checkbox to make it even easier for website visitors.

This script works as described and is actually the most secure method I have found to protect your email address. The source files can be improved with a bit of CSS formatting. It would work much better if it used the "Pop-up window" we already have in Ecommerce Templates for Login, etc. It would certainly be another good feature to incorporate into Ecommerce Templates.
