This could be a configuration problem, but I can't work it out so any help would be appreciated.

If I want to resend an email from an order in the Admin Orders section, post January 1st it will work with all orders, but if I try to do the same for an order placed on 31st December I get the message: Please contact our customer services department for details of your order - Operation Successful ! -Close Window.

When this happens the email is not resent to admin or the customer even though it says "Operation Successful". Any ideas, thanks?

Hi Mike

I just checked here and didn't get that type of message and the resent order email went out fine. I think I remember there was a version where a similar message was shown but on the order history page of an account rather than the admin orders page. What version is your store on now?

Can you update that to 6.9.5 or 7.0.2 and let us know if that sorts it out?

Hi Andy,

I have updated to V7.0.3 and it has fixed the resend email problem, but I now have a problem with the product options on the product detail page. The options have lost alignment and look a mess. can you tell me where to go in CSS to re-adjust the product options, thanks.

Can you show us where you have that set up and we'll take a look for you?

Hi Andy,

Here is a link to a product that shows how the options look now. As you can see the option names are squashed to the right. I think that there is not enough room for the option names and the quantity used to be centered. Can you give me some pointers, thanks.

Hi Mike

For the options try adding this

div.detailoption{padding:8px 2px}
div.detailoptiontext{width:30%;padding:8px 2px}

For the quantity box

div.detailquantity{width:150px;float:left;margin-top:10px}
div.detailquantitytext{float:left;padding:4px;margin-top:6px}
img.buybutton{margin-top:16px}

Hi Andy,

I tried adding those lines and it made no difference. Could it be because I have $usecsslayout=FALSE; in my includes.php? If it is, could I format the options in any other way because I haven't gone completely CSS on my site yet?

I added those through the browser on your site and they worked fine. I added them just after where you have the other product detail css classes. Also force a refresh after making any changes, Ctrl+Refresh

You're right Andy, when I added those lines to the individual page it had an effect, but when I added them to my css file it made no difference.

I added them to /css/ttp.css (via the browser developer tool in Firefox)

Thanks Andy, It seams that my site is not taking the new settings from the CSS file immediately, even if I use Ctrl+Refresh and delete the broswer cache. It has taken the settings this morning.

Is the caching something you have set up in the .htaccess file or perhaps something your host has enabled server side?
