snags on applying 6.9.6 updater

BarbaraC1977 Advanced Member USA 121 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 01/25/2019 : 14:55:24 I am trying to update a site from 6.9.4 to 6.9.6. I've copied all the applicable files including the JS and css folders and files as specified on the updater page, plus the vsadmin, etc. files. Each time I attempt to run the updater, I receive a Not Found error "The requested document was not found on this server. " with no details of which file is missing. I've been fighting this for two days. Any assistance would be wonderful. Thank you
