Posted - 02/13/2019 : 01:40:51 Hi Andy, My point exactly there is no direct support to play a video especially when you want it to show and play like any other gallery image, which is where it should be, just like any another ecommerce website. A custom field or product description would require embedding from a third party website and cannot be included in merchant feeds. Direct media support for video has become an essential part for retail websites. John
