I updated to the latest Virtual_CSS_Monochrome
ecommplusupdate_v6.9.6_

I have the site running, can log in, change information in the /vsadmin/login.asp

Checkout fails - no action
I try Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome.
When I click on the Checkout button, or the PayPal button, nothing happens.
I though it was a SSL certificate issue, but on Google Chrome I get no warning.
Even so, at least it should get to the shipping part, where one can choose USPA or Fedex or UPS, but it does not.
So I think it has to do with something that got lost during the update?

Any help appreciated

Andy,

I can see the <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/ectcart.js"></script>
on all the pages, including https://www.renix-electronics.com/cart.asp

The ectcart.js file is in the /js/ folder, and uploaded to site.

Ecommerce PlusASP v6.9.6 displays when I log into admin, There are no new versions available displays on right hand bottom.

It may be something small, but the checkout still "fails", I.E. nothing happens.
I checked that I am registered with Fedex, so I would expect at least some shipment option should display?

Any help appreciated

Can you make sure that in the main admin settings of your control panel your Store URL and HTTPS URL are both set to

https://renix-electronics.com/

Andy,
Thanks.

Store URL: was set, HTTPS Store URL: was blank.
I changed it to

Store URL: http://www.renix-electronics.com/
HTTPS Store URL: https://www.renix-electronics.com/

The checkout completed, but I did not receive an email from the site for the purchase..
This used to happed almost instantaneous.

Any suggestions please?

I think both should be without the www really.

There's some help on email troubleshooting here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/email-help.asp

Andy,

Most seems to work, and I have:
Store URL:
https://renix-electronics.com/

HTTPS Store URL:
https://renix-electronics.com/

Payments do not go through.
I get the error:
The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

The payment processor tells me I need to set the POST URL for AIM, but there is no place to do that.

The account is active and PCI verified, but something is still missing.

Any help appreciated

The POST URL is set in the code for you so that will be correct. The error suggests it's a problem with the what's been added in the admin payment provider for authorize.net (AIM). Can you double check what you have for the Login ID and Transaction Key? I believe you can generate a new Transaction Key in your authorize.net account so that may be worth doing.

Andy,

I have an account with networkmerchants.com, not authorize.net

They are telling me that they can see the transactions are failing authorization.
So they suggested I ask you what sign in credentials do I have to use, and where do I fill it into the template.

I did generate a new Key. Is that the number / Key I use for the "Transaction Key:"

Any help appreciated

The payment processor is authorize.net though isn't it?

There's a screenshot here of the where the details need entering https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/ecommplus/authorizenet.asp

Andy, no, it is:
https://secure.networkmerchants.com/gw/merchants/resources/integration/integration_portal.php#carts_authnet

They indicate:
POST URL
AIM: https://secure.networkmerchants.com/gateway/transact.dll

I have tried various combinations of
API Login ID : My_Account Log in ID, Key ID (7 digit code)
Transaction Key : My_Account Password, Key (32 character Key generated from the Security settings

The same account worked before, starting back in Mar 2016

Any help appreciated

I see now, this is authorize.net emulation

Do you have this in vsadmin/includes.asp

authnetemulateurl="https://secure.networkmerchants.com/gateway/transact.dll"

I added that, and now it seems to work.

Thanks
