Hi, In the last couple of days we are seeing some duplicate order emails. The 'order at your store' email is arriving 2, 3 or sometimes 5 times per order. All are sent at the same time, or within 1 minute.

Any suggestions please? We are using Paypal and Paypal Express, all the orders are authorised. ECT PHP v7.0.3

I haven't seen any reports of this happening recently, are these emails being received from different orders but not all? Have you had any feedback from customers about any issues with checkout or receiving extra emails? Can you put a dummy order through to see if there is anything funky going on when you get back to your site following an order.

It looks as though the issue could be with PayPal Express orders rather than regular Paypal, although that could be coincidence. Not had any feedback from customers about problems. I will monitor new orders and do a test, and post back if I find anything useful.

Still seeing some duplicates, they seem to be PayPal Express orders but not every one creates duplicates. Test order completed fine with no duplicates, but another order earlier in the day resulted in 7 duplicate 'order at your store' emails. I have updated to latest ECT and will monitor again tomorrow. Do you have any tips about how else to track down the cause of the problem please?

Thanks Will for the suggestion, the store uses only Paypal and Paypal Express so we don't have any custom payment files, however I've done the updater in case that helps.
