I used ECT for years and loved it but it got too complicated to keep track of inventory from multiple sales sites. I started using eComdash which maintains inventory on all the sites (sell an item on one site and the inventory is adjusted for all sites automatically) and is affordable but I was forced to move to BigCommerce because it did integrate with eComdash while ECT didn't. I then started using ShipStation which integrates with eComdash and makes shipping a whole lot easier. Right now ECT is a great program but when you start to expand, it gets crazy.
I'd love to move back to ECT if it would integrate with an inventory control program. Is there any chance you might look at integrating with software like eComdash? I'd move back to ECT in a heartbeat if you could.
