Gift message without gift wrapping?

Posted - 04/01/2019 : 09:00:37 Hi, I don't offer gift wrapping, but have had a few customers complaining that we don't offer the option of including a gift message with their order. I have been instructing them that the "Additional Information" box is used for this. Is there a means of explicitly soliciting a gift message to be included? Thanks, Brad
