Hi I've received a notification from SagePay that they will be updating their customer authentication process by the 'introduction of 2-factor authentication for online transactions processed in the EEA, via 3D Secure or 3D Secure v2'. Does anyone know whether the current payment provider files will be compliant with this specification? I went to download the latest version and noticed that the last update was back in 2015. Anybody else come across this? Thanks Eric Lewis

Thanks Andy
Is that likely to be incorporated into an updater when its been checked out?

Just an update on this - I have received an email from Sagepay saying developers will be able to test the changes on the Sage Pay test server from 1st July.

Hi Eric, I have a few clients using SagePay and they all have 3d secure in place already, so I'm assuming they're compliant. 3d secure is available as an option in the settings when you login to mysagepay - https://live.sagepay.com/mysagepay/login.msp There's more information here - https://www.sagepay.co.uk/support/28/36/3d-secure-explained and here - https://www.sagepay.co.uk/support/32/3d-secure Please correct me if I'm wrong. * Database Migrations and Conversions* * ASP to PHP Cart Conversions**Contact Us**Buy The PHP Capture Card Plugin**Rate Our Services/View Our Feedback*

Hi Andy
I'm trying to get SagePay configured for my client who is on version 6.7.0. I'm starting in demo mode but I'm getting an error before I even get to the stage of entering card details. The SagePay error is 5080:Form transaction registration failed.
But I notice that the payment providers page for SagePay in 6.7.0 is different to later versions. Is that what is causing the problem? Is there an updated version I can try?
Thanks
Eric

OK, that makes sense. I'll try that.

Hi Vince
I've updated to 7.0.1 but I get exactly the same error.

Thanks Phil The details are correct, but it seems that the client doesn't have a SagePay testing environment set up. I don't have access to their control panel and wasn't aware that it apparently has different settings for testing. I tried a 'live' transaction and that seems to have gone through OK. Eric
