Hi, I am testing using product packages on a test site (v6.9.1) and also our live site (v6.5.4) and having the same problem on both.
The product packages was working well with the stock quantities adjusting in both the bundle and component products as expected. Our problem occurs when the order is edited from the orders admin page. For example, if another totally unrelated product is added to the same order, when we check the stock quantities of the pack products the component product has decreased by double the pack size. The bundled product stock quantity has remained unaltered, as expected.

I have tested this on your demo site and there is no problem so I am not sure what I am doing wrong but would appreciate any help to fix it.

Sorry for the problems but I managed to recreate it here and I've got a fix which I've added to the updater. I see you have a test site on v6.9.1 and I have added the fix to the v6.9 updater also and you can pick that up here...

But v6.5.4 is really, really old and there are security fixes since then. Would it be better to update that to a newer version anyway? If you really, really need the fix (which is in the incfunctions.php file) for that version, please let me know and I'll send you a copy via email.
