How We Got Help with a Tough, Non-Cart Issue

pauld Advanced Member USA 486 Posts	Posted - 07/05/2019 : 05:46:20 This week we discovered a problem with an in-house PHP application on our store's website that's not related to the shopping cart. After our go-to consultant suggested that the problem could be difficult to fix, we asked the folks at Ecommerce Templates for suggestions. They agreed to look at the issue - in our case they charged a fee of two hours' standard ECT consulting time. I was really surprised to see how quickly the ECT developers provided new code that fixed the issue. So if you get into trouble with code on your site, you might ask the Ecommerce Templates staff about paid consulting help, even if the problem is not with the cart.
