Default product sort order

laleirina Advanced Member United Kingdom 173 Posts	Posted - 07/25/2019 : 03:26:03 We have an issue where no matter what we set the default product sort order to in the main settings, it just stays the same. I'm pretty sure it used to work.

Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 07/25/2019 : 03:59:56 Also, it's a feature of the cart that when the customer changes the sort order, a cookie is set to remember that order. Have you got pages where the customer can do that in the filter bar for instance? The order set in the admin main settings page is the default when the customer first visits. If you try a different browser (where the cookie isn't set) then you should see the default. laleirina Advanced Member United Kingdom 173 Posts	Posted - 07/25/2019 : 04:13:38 Thanks both. It was the $orsortby=13; thing. I just put a few parameters in and didn't notice I was copying in $orsortby as well. Remmed out now. Fixed! Thank you.
