Is it possible to send two emails when status changes?
Like "Order ready for pickup" status change sends email to two different email addresses?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Ray, Not officially. Although, years ago, I tested two email addresses on an order, separated by a comma, and both email addresses received the email. It's been a few years though, so I can't be sure if it will work now, or for you.

I tried separating with commas and semi colons and no luck.

Thanks for the reply.

Sorry Ray. I thought it might be a long shot, but worth a try.
Are you trying to send to two different customer email addresses, or to an internal email address?

Testing 2 different emails.

I see comments online with code added to phpmailer to accomplish this but cannot find where to edit the phpmailer files.

Vince,

I discovered that I can choose to use PHPmailer or the server mail() function. Helps to read the instructions, huh?

If I use the server mail() function where is the file that processes the emails? I'd like to make some custom edits to the email messages.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Ray
The changes are in the Beta here...
https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/updaters.asp?betas=true
Now with both mail() and phpMailer you can separate a list of email addresses with a comma.

For ASP users the list needs to be separated by a Semi-Colon.
