Can't add to cart

daringdiva Advanced Member 138 Posts	Posted - 08/19/2019 : 13:59:18 I am getting an error message "Cart contents:undefined item(s)" when trying to add items using the left navigation menu. I also notice that the left navigation menu is the only part of the site that is coming up "not secure". If I add click on an option and the top navigation which comes up as secured and get to a product, I am able to add it to cart with no problem, what may be causing this error?

If you are working off a version of that cart that old, you should update the site too. There has been quite a number of important fixes, not to mention the great features that have been added. As Steve mentions, it may be a "path" issue, so check to be sure you have not changed something recently.
