account is inactive

Posted - 08/21/2019 : 07:19:21 I have been testing our site since the beginning and all of a sudden, when I create a credit card transaction, it says: "The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive". Why?

Have you checked what is set in the admin payment providers page with Authorize.net to see if maybe they have a problem with the account?
