Hi, we are having some problems with emails being sent out, which has turned out to be a problem with TSO hosting. However, for testing I've been using 'ask a question' and have realised that it does not return an error if the email is not sent. We are using PHPmailer, set up through the admin settings.

This can be reproduced by putting a wrong password in the admin, then 'ask a question'. The message still shows that the email has been sent, even though it hasn't.

It would be much better for the customer to know if their message has not sent, as well as being a more useful tool for website owners to check that their email is going out OK.
