Hi, this is something that you are going to have very little control over. One thing you can try is to personalize the email with the available fields.
https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/email-messages.asp

For example, for the email subject try something like this %ordername%, here is your receipt for order #%orderid% from xxxxx company.

I'd also look at the content within the email(s) being sent as there's a possibility that something in there could be triggering a spam filter. Have you recently edited the message that is sent out?

A few pointers are:

1. Email constructed in ALL CAPITALS
2. The subject line may include a spam trigger word(s), and there are a good few hundred of those, as well as exclamation points
3. The ratio of images to text content is high
4. Multiple font styles, colours used within the message text etc etc etc

Ask your website host ...

(1) Does your server have Anti-Spam SPF Sender Policy Framework Email Authentication? What is that >>

(2) Does your server have a DKIM DomainKeys Identified Mail TXT record included in the DNS zone files? This is a means of verifying incoming email. It ensures that incoming messages are unmodified and are from the sender from whom they claim to be. This feature works to prevent incoming spam messages.
