We are unable to checkout with the cart configured for email only (but it doesn't work with the PayPal checkout buttons on there either)... when clicking the checkout button on the cart.php page (PHP v7.0.5) the screen appears to blink without going anywhere so the customer cannot get to the screen to enter Billing info.

We have verified the ectcart.js is in place and both URL fields on Main Settings are properly filled out.

NEVERMIND! ... GOT IT!

We noticed that the URLs in Main Settings were pointing at the www. domain while the actual secured URL as the non-www version ... we corrected the URLS and everything works.
