Have you got a backup copy if so? Or does your host? Or did you maybe upload an edited copy of the vsadmin/db_conn_open.asp file with a different db location? I think what probably happened is that you have a different local copy of the db_conn_open.asp file which has the database location in it, and you uploaded that when you updated. I see you are up again after the backup but if you like, send the site FTP login details to vince AT ecommercetemplates DOT com and I'll do the update for you. A value in the database that should have been there but wasn't, but I've modified the updatestore script to add it in case anyone else has the same problem in the future.
