To apply the 10/21/2019 V7.1 and V7.0 PHP hotfix, is it necessary to perform all update steps (e.g., uploading all files, running updatestore.php, deleting updatestore.php)?

Or, if we are running v7.0.7 that was installed before the hotfix, are we OK to download and unzip the latest updater, and only upload the new version of inccart.php to the vsadmin\inc subfolder - without uploading all the other files and updating the store?

Hi Paul,

If your not currently on the 7.1.6. version then I would run the full update to 7.1.6 as usual as Vince states that they do not state what the security element of that update relates to. As for the later hotfix you should be OK just uploading the inccart.php
