Good Evening,

I have updated using the PHP updater 7.0.7 and the Add to Cart button will no longer work. Any help would be appreciated.

What did you upgrade from? Do you have the ectcart.js file connected to every page along with the ectcart.css file? These are critical and should be in the <head>

Yes I have it in my header.php in my theme. I have the css folder in my public html folder and the js folder is also in the public html.

This is what I have added.

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/css/ectcart.css"/>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/ectcart.js"></script>

Hi, the number one thing that will prevent the add to cart from not working after an update is the js file is not linked to the page.
If you view source of the page, do a "find" for ectcart and you should see the css and js files called (only once) in the source of the page.
Next, if it's clickable, click the link to the js file and be sure it comes up. If it's not clickable, copy/paste the path in your browser and check that it loads.

If you still have problems, post a link to the site, or put it in your profile if you you want SE getting it from here, and we will take a look.

Thanks,
David
