And is this in the admin products page through the ECT image manager / upload or through Froala? steven vaccaro Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1060 Posts	Posted - 12/05/2019 : 06:32:10 Vince im uploading in the admin products area using the ect image manager and resizing. When I upload, and not resize it works fine, its when I resize that its removing the Gif formatting.
Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 12/05/2019 : 07:57:44 Hi Steven In that case it sounds like it is the PHP imagick library messing things up and that could be difficult to resolve unless there are more up-to-date versions of PHP available in your hosting control panel. Are there going to be lots of animated gif's that need resizing or is this going to be a rare occurrence?
