sending emails to mailing list

charmarsh Ecommerce Template Expert USA 951 Posts	Posted - 12/24/2019 : 09:25:25 Is there a way to confirm a mailing went out to everyone in the selected list? I sent an email out to 140 names, but I got a message that showed the first 10 names and thats all.

But you are not going to get a confirmation that they have been received as that's not really the way email works. But how do you get a message showing the first 10 names? Posted - 12/27/2019 : 00:04:06 That sounds like a server notification you are receiving from WHM/Cpanel to inform you that a large number of emails have been sent. It usually lists the first 10 once a preset threshold has been passed just to warn you incase anyone else is using your mailserver. Steve

dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10468 Posts	Posted - 12/27/2019 : 08:24:16 One way to confirm how many emails was sent is to return to the "mailing list" page and on the drop down for "action" ou should see an option to "clear sent list (xxx)" where xxx is the number of emails that were sent.
