You will have set a review limit in your includes file.
I'm not sure if you are on a.asp or .php.

For .asp dailyratinglimit=10

For .php $dailyratinglimit=10;

You can change that setting.

Did you find that setting listed in your includes?
If so, did you increase it?
If it's not listed, you can add it and set it to a high number.

Be sure to upload the changed file to the server.

Is this you that is getting blocked?
If it is, and you are entering reviews yourself on the front end of the website, perhaps do that on the back end to avoid triggering that block.

If you are still having problems, please list the steps you have taken.

I had the same problem.

It was fixed in one of the updates. 7.1.8 I believe.

Did you update to v7.1.8 and upload incproddetail.php file?

It seems to be exactly the same problem that was fixed which would be strange. But if you've double checked that the new version of incproddetail.php has made it to your site, can you send me the site FTP login details to my email (vince AT ecommercetemplates DOT com) and I'll take a look.

I just applied the changes for the latest updater and it is working now. I think the confusion may have been because this change was released as a Hotfix but in any case, it all seems good now.
