My client asked if it is possible to add additional email templates to the cart system when order status changes.

For example, an email that would be sent on order completion (already exists) then another email template when status changes to "order shipped" and another template when "order is ready for pickup" etc.

I THINK I found the answer. My question now is in the examples they show setting it up like this:

{%statusid1% Email message only for status id 1 }
{%statusid2% Email message only for status id 2 }
{%statusid3% Email message only for status id 3 }
{%statusid4% Email message only for status id 4 }

Do I include the curly brackets in the template as shown or just the text between the brackets?

I added the %reviewlinks% to an email and the long clickable products links only appeared in the email body.

Client wants to have the "Product Name" as the anchor in the link and not see the long "review link" thinking the customer may not recognize the long URL vs Product Name.

Is there any way to code the email message template to do that?

Client also asked if it is possible to automatically send out the "Review Products" email after a certain number of days from purchase date?

I'm afraid the review link text can't be set to the product name, it's only available as the link itself. But it's a good idea so worth putting in the suggestions forum if you have a moment.
For sending out the email after a few days, again no I'm afraid. But I have a feeling that someone may have produced a MOD for this so it's worth asking below in the MODs forums.
