Use Negotiated Rates: "The selected service is not valid with the selected packaging."
Use Published Rates works fine, but aren't what we use.

All the other carriers are coming up fine.

I just went through the UPS registration forms to get a new rate code in case that was the issue, but no difference.

Any ideas?

Hi Fingertech
Have you got any parameters set that affect the packaging? Also, have you agreed the negotiated rates with your rep?

Negotiated rates used to work on the website, before we updated to the new responsive version.
What can I look for, for parameters that affect the packaging?

- "Pack products together" is set, as it always has been.
- Dimensions is still "do not specify".

Yes, I think this is probably down to a parameter. If you changed to a responsive design then I imagine you kept the database the same so the only other thing that would have changed is the includes file. Can you check in the new and old includes.php files to see what parameters you have set for UPS.

Working now.

I remembered we had trouble with UPS before, and it was because the defaultshipstate was set to "Saskatchewan" instead of "SK".

Not sure why it was changed back to Saskatchewan during the Site Refresh we ordered, but that's what the problem was.

Thanks!
