Packing slip not printing customer address

This text is also present in he admin email message admin "Invoice & Packing Slip Headers / Footers" under the "Packing Slip Address" box. I just upgraded to ECT 7.1.8, purchased and configured a new responsive template (Natura). Am I missing a parameter code that needs to be in this box? Thanks, Brad

Packing Slip Address: "packing slip address" ...is your address and not the customers address. The customer address should be below that, something like (but in a neat box)... BILLING DETAILS. Name:Vince ECT Address:Test Address Test City, California 90210 United States of America Phone:9511234567 So are you saying there is nothing under the "packing slip address" text? When you update the admin there is a new style sheet which needs to be loaded. Have you tried a <Ctrl>+F5 to force a refresh? The packing slip address that was not printing was our business address. It was just a matter of copy/pasting "Invoice Address:" to the "Packing Slip Address:" Maybe a slight change due to upgrading to 7.1.8? Problem solved. Thanks.
