We've have several customers complaining that items are gone from shopping cart. At first I thought is was user error, now we've had six different customers with the same problem.
I add and delete products and it works every time, not able to duplicate the problem. Any ideas what may be happening?
Hi Kevin On your website, can you switch the form of the URL between www. and non-www. or between the https and non-https forms of the URL? Can you try adding something to your cart and then on the cart page try manually changing the address in the URL bar and see if you lose the cart contents.
