Upon submitting order at checkout I get the error "User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values." We are using authorize.net

Our previous site already used Authorize.net ... So, I just created a "New Transaction Key" and plugged in the info on admin panel.

I used authorize.net AIM

I just noticed a note at the top of the admin panel for Authorize.net that says "To sign up for an account with this payment processor compatible with your Ecommerce Plus® Template, please click here" and it takes me to a third party pyment processor. Is that third party required to use Authorize.net on ecommerce templates?

Any help would be appreciated.

I just talked to Authorize.net and they want to know what API address the program uses? I can't locate that info...

No, that would be EVO Payments which is one possible reseller but it's not essential to use them. I think this really will come down to the API Login ID and transaction key.

Well do I feel like an idiot... I had the payment method set to demo mode...
