Currently only one FSA option applies, even if you create more than one FSA with different minimum order amounts... only the first one is calculated into the shipping options, which is very unfortunate, especially when all the discount texts show up correctly with different order values in the cart.

For example:
Orders over $99 - free Standard shipping
Orders over $200 - free 2-3 Day shipping
Orders over $300 - free Next Day shipping

Since people are always wanting there stuff more quickly it would be a big win to offer multiple levels of free shipping depending on order value.
