Secondary login

LadyM ECT Moderator 1719 Posts	Posted - 03/19/2020 : 08:04:07 If I'm not seeing an option to create a secondary login, does that mean I'm not logged in as the primary? If that's the case, how do I reset the password for what I think is the primary login if I can't login? V. 7/0/7 using the login key.

1234 Ecommerce Template Expert USA 974 Posts	Posted - 01/09/2025 : 19:08:24 I recently hired a colleague to help me out solely to update my product pricing. I want to create a Secondary Login for this person, but I want to make sure they don't inadvertently make any major changes to anything else. Basically I just want to make sure they don't f things up. If I create the new login with only the product admin + product options and categories + Product Attributes selected, will this restrict them to just the products, allowing them to make the pricing updates and nothing else? (I don't mind if they have access to attributes and options)
Vince Administrator 42836 Posts	Posted - 01/10/2025 : 00:41:38 Hi there Well yes, that is the idea but really what I would do is set up the login and then try logging in with that on another browser (like FireFox say if you use Chrome) and then check around and make sure they can only access what you want them to.
