When I click on "login to account", the login popover is transparent instead of white. I do see a thin white bar at the top of the area where the window should be so I dont know if its a transparency issue or a measurement issue and the window dimension is not fully opening down.

The "Create New Account" button does not have this issue and works as it should.

Try a <Ctrl>+F5 to force a refresh of the style sheet and that should sort this out I think. If it doesn't, make sure the css/ectcart.css file is referenced correctly.
