When I upload a product image on my PC it uploads and works great.
When my client uploads the same image on his MAC, it says the image uploaded, but its not displaying.

Hi Kevin, the image source for that item is showing as below, is he using the html editor to upload or using the ect image upload feature.

In talking with him, he was pasting the file name into the text box. He wasn't actually uploading the file...
