Problems with digital download

Downloaded the instructions and double checked, I think the error is in the $digidownloadpattern. The site is an add-on domain of a different domain, the downloadable files are above root in epckts, how exactly do I have to write the $digidownloadpattern above root just "\epckts\%pid%.zip"; or \maindomain\epckts\%pid%.zip"; I hope the lock-down is not affecting too much. With the lovely weather it is really hard to follow these rules unless one has a garden. That will give you the path to the web root from which you should be able to work out the path to your downloads folder you've set up.
