Hi, I have UPS Ground checked in the Shipping admin but it is not showing
in the Cart at Checkout in the drop down. Do I need to setup the UPS Developer Kit Licensing & Registration Wizard?

I had thought I already had this setup...

Any help is appreciated..

Go to ADMIN > MAIN SETTINGS and see what carriers are active there.
You will see a number of options there, so check your setup to be sure it's what you want.

i found it David, it was one of the settings, but it now says

"You must register with UPS by logging on to your online admin section and clicking the "Register with UPS" link before you can use the UPS OnLine® Shipping Rates and Services Selection"

Looks like I still need to register with UPS? does it cost do you know?
