How to remove/ad a couple options in Cart

Posted - 04/10/2020 : 15:05:09 hi, how would I remove the following options: "pick up from store" and then there is a dropdown, "how did you hear about us"? How to add some others in the dropdown (example; Blog etc)

I keep one browser from never remembering history, cache or cookies strictly for the purpose of viewing file edits.
