You can stop purchases buy using the following in your include file, no need to disable a payment provider
$nobuyorcheckout=TRUE;

Using the above effectively turns the site into a catalogue site.

Hi Steve, actually I was referring to the centering of the cart in checkout
on a mobile phone version. Its not quite centered looking. Might some
CSS work to fix that?
