My client said the new update on comparing shipping costs between UPS & USPS is confusing her customers.

Before the latest update there were both shipping methods displayed with radio buttons to choose which method they want. Now the customers have to click a menu item to switch the display between the two shipping options and only displaying the selected method.

She wants the old view of the two shipping options both displayed on the page with radio buttons to choose from.

How can I make changes to accommodate her request?

Hi, in the ADMIN >> MAIN SETTINGS >> Use Alternate Shipping rates:

Make sure that is set to "Show all shipping carriers together"

That should do it.
