Abandoned Orders

I may have missed the discussion around this functionality, but the "abandoned cart email" message is awesome. I added a line to include a coupon code to further entice returning customers. My issue is once I click in to see the details of an "unauthorized" order, the order disappears from my admin area list on the dashboard. Is this normal? Bill
