It is good to react to an abandoned cart within the first 5 to 10mins however with high volumes and multiple regional sites this is very difficult to keep track of therefore an abandoned cart notification after 5 minutes would be of great benefit in recovering these quickly by sending an email notification to the store email address... or perhaps simply send an abandoned cart Email to the customer automatically after 10mins, or a time you can choose, and also notify the store with an email.
