Hi Andrey I'm really sorry we haven't been able to sort this out for you but Multibyte encoding problems are quite a specialist subject and it does seem to come down to the encoding. If I view the page source on one of the bad pages, then save that source and then view that page in my browser then the text is fine. So it seems that the information is there but it is just the encoding that is wrong but I've tried all sorts of database and PHP header encodings but nothing works. I really think the key to this may be to find out what changed around the time this stopped working. Did you make any changes? Did you get anything back from your host about if they updated PHP or the mySQL database code at that time? And did they perform that restore for you in the end? Hello again! I start my explanation with this fact that i did not proceed any changes. And I did not ask Hosting support team to do something on DB or website! Maybe hosting support team did update for PHP to version 7.3 Week ago and I start see my site incorrect. Maybe they did restore without inform me about it! But any way they will not do rollback to previous version. I sent you by email my assumptions. I am not believe that you cannot find or suggest any solution.

Hi Andrey I don't think the data in the database is in the encoding that the database thinks it is in and that seems to be the problem to me. So what I did was open the file in notepad and then save it as ANSI and then change all the instances of CHARSET=latin1 to CHARSET=utf8 and that seemed to do the trick. Then I re-imported the database. There may be a better way to do this and by no means am I an expert on multi byte encodings but it seems to have done the trick. If you want to try this then please do, but I have to say the licenses for the store and updaters are supposed to be on a per-site basis. Maybe you have more under a different email but it would hurt a bit if you want me to do this and the site doesn't have a license. Dear Vince, I am not understand what file you open in notepad and than save as ANSI and what instances of CHARSET=latin1 you change to CHARSET=utf8? Regarding the license: I do not have a tool that tracks valid ecommercetemplates licenses. Please write down what license I need to buy that allow you to repair another site too.
