Not all orders showing

DavidX Ecommerce Template Expert 936 Posts	Posted - 07/07/2020 : 14:28:13 We have a computer at work that isn't showing all of the orders. When a range between 7/3 and today is chosen, it displays 7 orders that range between 7/3 and 7/6: 12349 12357 12364 12379 12380 12381 12382 However, when I'm checking it from home, I get 39 orders ranging from 7/3 to 7/6: 12337-12382 without skipping any order numbers. Why would it show up differently on two computers? As far as i can tell all of the parameters are exactly the same. Edited by - DavidX on 07/07/2020 14:50:08

Then if you just click on the "- day" link do you see all the previous days orders? DavidX Ecommerce Template Expert 936 Posts	Posted - 07/08/2020 : 12:11:23 I think this has been solved. I was working on it via text and the other person was sending pictures. He later discovered that there were more orders via scrolling (He's new at this) and they appeared to be sorted by something other than name.
