It would be great if there was an ADMIN setting where a bcc of the customer sales confirmation email could be sent to the admin, or another email address. This allows the store owner to prove the customer received the order confirmation. My client has had trouble with some customers filing complaints with PayPal claiming they never made an order and were charged for it.
