This is something new for me. I getting on a just set up cart.

Where do I go to fix this issue?

Karen, I find the easiest way to set the correct local Timezone is to open your includes.php configuration file and, near the very top, add an entry like this:

date_default_timezone_set('America/New_York');

I added it I still getting an error. Here is the full error.

Please check the syntax and make sure the file is being uploaded to the correct location on the server.

I check out my includes.php page just now. And found I had put date_default_timezone_set(' America/Chicago'); once I close up the spaces, it worked.
