The bullet points should display, are you saying they're not visible in the admin?

Other formatting may not display exactly as it does on the front end though due to the nature of the setup with the editor.

There's no mistake at all, it's always been like this. Nobody expects to see the exact formatting in the admin section, but yes, the bullet points should display so that needs looking into.

It may just be that because you're on a temporary url you're not seeing the display correctly, and when you move the site to the correct url all may be well.

I think your attitude leaves much to be desired.
As was highlighted earlier today the issue of the bullet items was resolved & shown via screenshots.

None of the templates / products are defective & where there are issues highlighted by users the ECT team are very quick at resolving matters,
always have been.

Personally I think your attitude needs to change.

I think the attitude of ecommercetemplates needs to change, and maybe your attitude too.

There is still the issue in the admin panel that is resolved. It is very important. What a seller does everyday is list things to sell. And when the admin panel dos not display correctly, it has to be fixed.

If you are not a seller you don't know what you are talking about.

Issue in admin panel NOT resolved.

If ecommercetemplates does not want to fix the issue, please fully refund me.

I cannot spend more time on this. I have whole host of other ecommerce platforms to choose from.

I have been clear this.

Ok, I'll get you a refund sorted out in the morning and in the meantime please delete the software. If it's not for this, it will be for something else so it's probably best done now.
